Had trouble with rear fenders.. They didn't line up right. left them off. I weigh 190 lbs. and top speed is still 12.5 mph. Fast enough. Love this tricycle!

This unit weighs 107 lbs. Keep that in mind if you are elderly or have medical issues for BIKING ONLY purposes. Otherwise it should work perfect for motorized control only.
