What Exactly is an Electric Bike?

These days, the term 'electric bike' is being used more often and depending upon your age, all sorts of things might come to mind. So lets focus on what an 'Electric Bicycle' is in the 21st century.

Okay, this is pretty easy to picture in your mind. Just take one hot, stylish scooter and add an electric motor to the mix. No other way to describe them other then plain old fashioned fun.

But today, you'll find adult style scooters, with and without seats and even streamline beauties that rival their motor scooter cousins in sleek appearance. These are great for those living or working on a large campuse.
